FRETWORK presentation to FW6

FRETWORK made a presentation to FW6 on 20th June 2023.
I have taken opportunity to make some points clear about smoulder.

In my latest Newsletter, I have set out some concerns in specific terms where the present FFR testing regime does not deal with smoulders correctly i.e. believing the pass test = safety but then using a cotton cover could have disastrous results. It should give smoulder exactly like the pics in the presentation that Damian and I made.
